Wisconsin Traffic Safety Officer's Association (WTSOA) presents Lt. Col Dave Grossman

We are very excited about our 2009 WTSOA Annual Conference, which is scheduled March 9^th-11^th at the Green Bay Radisson Hotel and Conference Center. Our main keynote speaker will be none other than Lt Col Dave Grossman! We are also excited to have the Wisconsin Highway Safety Coordinators Association join us at our conference.
